Sophie's Kitchen

Sophie's Kitchen offers a variety of Tex-Mex favorites like nachos, quesadillas, tacos, flautas, and more. From loaded fries to churros, there's something for everyone. Grab a bite and enjoy delicious, freshly prepared dishes!

Coffee Heaven

Experience the perfect blend of Colombian culture and environmental conservation with Coffee Heaven. Founded by Brandon Fokken, this unique vendor serves authentic Colombian coffee from a 1952 Willys Jeep—a symbol of Colombian coffee culture, once used to transport beans through rugged mountain terrain.

Coffee Heaven goes beyond great flavors by supporting a cause. Ambassador Tai, a cotton-top tamarin, represents their conservation efforts, with a portion of sales supporting the preservation of these critically endangered primates in Colombia. Make sure to visit them for a rich cup of coffee and to learn more about their conservation efforts, and to meet Ambassador Tai!

Menu highlights: empanadas, avocado toast, drinks made from South American fruits like guanabana and passion fruit, tea brewed from coca leaves, an ancestral medicinal plant.
