Office Administrator
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
-
Write Purchase Orders (POs) on a weekly basis.

Maintain inventory of office and toiletry supplies (may require driving off-site to pick up supplies as needed).

Plant and Delivery Schedule
-
Record write-offs
-
Perform other duties as assigned.

Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
-
preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos
Essential Skills and Qualifications
-
High school Diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 2 years office administration experience.
-
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
-
Intermediate math skills.
-
Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
-
Plant knowledge desired.
-
Team oriented and able to work under the direction of the Manager

Reliable transportation
Physical requirements of the job
-
The ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly for at least 4 hours a day.
-
Kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
-
Pushing or pulling objects.
-
Bending/stooping.
Education
-
High School Diploma or equivalent or industry experience.
